Requirements
  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree/ Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Banking and Finance/ Accounting or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Required languages(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients).
  • Good in written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in multi-tasking.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills, willing to learn and team player.
  • Prefer candidate who can start work immediately or on short notice.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded (accounts book-keeping).
  • Handling issue invoices, purchase order and update accounts receivable.
  • Handling account payable and perform reconciliation.
  • Assist in processing of monthly/yearly balance sheets, income statement, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
  • Responsible and accurately process payroll for employees, and statutory contributions in a timely manner.
  • Responsible with verifying staff claim, leave records and reconciliation.
  • Update company\'s accounting and payroll data in database to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed, and archive financial documents.
  • Address and resolve inquiries from employees and customers, such as staff claims, payroll-related inquiries, billing inquiries, and others related to your job scope.
  • Fulfill administrative work such as office maintenance, replenish office groceries and stationery, insurance-related matters, answering phone calls, organising filing systems, and daily operations and administrative matters.
  • Manage and rotate through different Finance, Admin and Payroll functions.
  • Other ad-hoc duties are assigned from time to time.
