The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world. By overseeing our financial activities, you will enable IBM to continue to bring to market ground-breaking innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technologies, to name a few.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Exposure to Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), Vendor Queries and Withholding Tax Reporting
• Exposure to AP invoice processing, AP Reconciliation, GRIR Report, AP Aging Analysis or Collection
• Experienced in Procure to Pay procedures and delivery

Skills Requirements

• Fresh graduate to 4 years of relevant work experience in a Finance & Admin BPO or any other industry in accounting field & handling AP or AR process
• Having experience in Account Payable (AP) or Account Receivable (AR) process is essential
• Ability to communicate with accuracy and clarity both verbally and written in English and Thai
• Working knowledge of ERP environment, preferably SAP Accounting System.
• Aptitude for understanding and solving problems
• Should able handle customer queries, presentation and communication skills are needed
• Language skill proficiency: Fluent in English, Indonesian & Thai Speaking, good in reading and writing. Local candidates fluent in Thai language are welcome to apply
