Handle day to day accounting function and monthly closing activities, which includes, but not limited to, general ledger accountability, financial reporting, as well as financial information analysis and other ad hoc projects assigned.
Main Accountabilities
Manage day to day accounting operations, i.e. ensure accurate and timely sales collection.
Responsible for preparing journal entries and reconciliations to support month-end and year-end closing.
Responsible for preparing service tax and withholding tax submission.
Responsible for preparing monthly sales statement to Landlords and liaise with auditor on annual sales verification submission to Landlords.
Responsible for preparing monthly account schedules/Balance Sheet Reconciliations, analyse discrepancies and clear backlog/long outstanding items.
Responsible for managing B2C customer inquiries related to e-invoices.
Assist month-end financial statements analysis and report on variances.
Assist year-end audit and tax queries.
Perform all other duties/projects assigned as required.
General
To adhere and enforce all Company's policies and procedures.
Undertake/participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
Knowledge and Experience
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in finance and accounting field.
At least 1-2 years working experience in Accounting.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Candidate must possess own transport with valid driving license.
Able to travel as when required.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
