We are looking for a meticulous and experienced

Finance Executive / Accountant

to manage the company's full sets of accounts and support the overall finance function. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in accounting practices and financial reporting, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills. This role will also involve verifying payroll details prepared by HR and ensuring timely salary disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full sets of accounts: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow, payments, and collections. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing. Review payroll summary and supporting documents prepared by HR, and process the final salary payments accordingly. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., MFRS) and company policies. Prepare and submit SST returns, and assist with tax-related matters. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties to ensure statutory and financial reporting compliance. Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes. Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum

3 years

of working experience in handling full sets of accounts. Proficient in accounting systems such as SQL, Autocount, MYOB, or equivalent. Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax compliance in Malaysia. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools is essential.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
