Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Record and reconcile all journal entries in the general ledger. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements; perform variance analysis. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and assist with audits. Maintain internal controls and proper documentation for all transactions. Assist with tax filings and regulatory reporting. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and support system upgrades. Collaborate with other departments (AP, AR, HR) and communicate financial data to management. Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA/ACCA is a plus. 2-5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience. Strong accounting knowledge, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in accounting software and Excel. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. Mandarin-speaking preferred.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
