In January 2016, Sinma Digital Sdn Bhd was established as the e-commerce subsidiary of S&M Group, focusing on providing e-commerce service solution to help brands, flagship stores & retail stores to maximize their revenue on e-marketplaces.

Job Summary:

The Account Payable & Receivable Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all accounts payable and receivable transactions for Sinma Digital Commerce. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:

Prepare and send customer invoices. Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies. Apply customer payments to the appropriate accounts. Maintain and update customer information. Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.

General Accounting:

Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements. Prepare and maintain various financial records and reports. Adhere to accounting best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum certification in accounting or finance. Experience in the e-commerce industry. Knowledge of tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
