Job Responsibilities:
-To comply with policies and guidelines and be consistent in its implementation and operation.
-Escalate ad-hoc issues requiring higher \xe2\x80\x93 level approval or decision making to Finance Manager.
-Compile information and prepare the Daily Funds Transfer Form, Daily Deposit Placement and SAP document posting.
-Request GENT Treasury to contract interest rate for overnight Repo placement.
-Prepare proposal paper(s) to open or close bank account(s) or updating of signatories or implementation of new banking facilities.
-Assist to prepare and to obtain specimen signatures and proof of identity documents from signatories for opening new bank account(s) and/ or updating of signatories.
-Prepare instruction letter(s) to bank(s) for administration of bank account(s) or changes in panel signatories or change in mode of operation of bank account.
-Prepare instruction letter(s) to bank(s) for application and maintenance of purchasing card and/ or corporate card.
-Safekeeping cheque book(s) requested from bank(s).
-Liaise with bank(s) on effective date of changes/ application.
-Update bank account records as and when required.
-Update web-based panel signatories as per instruction letter.
-Assist in ad-hoc assignment(s) assigned by superior(s).
