- Responsible to ensure accounting documents are property documented and easily retrievable upon request.
- Prepare and maintain accurate trade spends and budgeting transactions are inputted into the system.
- Close liaison with sales team on reconciliations and claims from distributors.
- Provide support for quarterly trade control meetings with both sales and finance team.
- Ensure contract and transactions are in compliance with the internal controls.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant business administrative or Finance & Acocunting experience.
- Possess Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in any field, with major in Finance/Accounting would be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English.
- Possess strong critical thinking, attention to details and ability to liaise closely with stakeholders.
