Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting/finance (fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply).
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
• Independent, deadline-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality in handling financial data.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Handle invoices, payments, and expense claims promptly.
• Support budgeting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
