Finance Executive
Job Description
1. To assist in maintaining and administering a proper general ledger for the company. 2. To raise necessary journal adjustment and debit note on expenses and balance sheet items 3. To liaise with accounting staff from companies within the group in ensuring that all inter-company transactions are in the agreement each other 4. To prepare information and documentation as required for income tax submission and claims on tax relief 5. To prepare the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss schedule on each month 6. To prepare management analysis report and to be reviewed by the superior 7. To liaise with external auditors and internal auditors during external and internal audit 8. To liaise with OHB Corporate Finance on quarterly and yearly basis on financial result submission. 9. To perform other tasks as and when required by Management from time to time
