Responsibilities
To handle accounts receivables and account payables
Performs account & administration duties.
Assist Manager in preparing Monthly Cash Flow, Yearly Budgeting & etc.
Assist in Audit Queries/Tax Queries where needed.
Analyse customer\'s credit application form based on their company\'s financial performance.
To prepare day to day book keeping entries including cheques, payment voucher, official receipt, sales report and petty cash voucher.
To ensure proper filing of documentation.
Execute any task assign by Manager
Integrity, responsible and multi-tasking
Able to work under pressure occasionally to meet certain deadline
Able to work independently with a positive attitude.
