Job Description


  • Required Skill (s): Microsoft office, Autocount Software & SQL or any work-related skills.
  • Self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
Responsibilities
  • To handle accounts receivables and account payables
  • Performs account & administration duties.
  • Assist Manager in preparing Monthly Cash Flow, Yearly Budgeting & etc.
  • Assist in Audit Queries/Tax Queries where needed.
  • Analyse customer\'s credit application form based on their company\'s financial performance.
  • To prepare day to day book keeping entries including cheques, payment voucher, official receipt, sales report and petty cash voucher.
  • To ensure proper filing of documentation.
  • Execute any task assign by Manager
  • Integrity, responsible and multi-tasking
  • Able to work under pressure occasionally to meet certain deadline
  • Able to work independently with a positive attitude.
