About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic team at Integrated Container Terminal Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function as well HR duties and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices. The role is based in Johor.

What you'll be doing

Process and manage accounts payable, including verifying invoice details, matching purchase orders, and approving payments Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions Liaise with vendors to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and procedures Provide support to the wider finance team as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience in accounts payable or similar finance role Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications. Experience using quick books and e-invoicing is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
