\xe2\x80\xa2 To verify and post transactions such as funds received and disbursements \xe2\x80\xa2 Check and perform data entry for accounting transactions related to payment and treasury \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform reconciliation for banking transactions \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintenance of standard operating procedures in relation to the Accounts department \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of monthly Cash Flow Statement \xe2\x80\xa2 Raise routine Journal Voucher in related to payment ie interest, bank charges, rental, miscellaneous, directors remuneration, salaries, fixed deposits and etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintenance of account receivable module \xe2\x80\xa2 Check and perform data entry for accounting transactions in relation to Account Receivable module \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform sales cut-off \xe2\x80\xa2 In-charge of inter company transaction and reconciliation. To send monthly confirmation to holding company. \xe2\x80\xa2 In-charge of petty cash disbursement and recording \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in stock count and Fixed Asset sighting \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly report and analysis \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent and company secretary for various statutory compliances, taxation and audit related matters \xe2\x80\xa2 To undertake all other ad hoc functions and duties assigned from time to time by the management
