Job Description

Responsibilities

Transaction Processing

Process vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and customer payments. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash records. Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded.

Financial Reporting Support

Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for farm operations. Compile data and support variance analysis under supervision.

Cash Flow Assistance

Support cash flow tracking and assist in preparing cash flow reports. Help monitor receivables and payables to maintain liquidity.

Asset Management Support

Maintain fixed asset registers and assist with periodic physical verification. Help ensure proper documentation for asset acquisitions and disposals.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies. Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the Senior Executive and the Assistant Manager to support finance operations. Participate in process improvement initiatives and team meetings.

Requirements

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

0-2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in agriculture or operational environments. Basic understanding of financial transactions and reporting.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Ability to accurately process financial data and maintain records.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Detail-oriented and organized.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
