Prepare & maintain full set account
Maintain & update daily cash flow, petty cash and bank reconcilation
Proceed online banking transactions
Check & verify all the AP & AR transactions
Prepare audit schedule and liase with auditors, tax agents and company secretary.
Renew company insurance, staff insurance and vehicle insurance
Ensure proper recording, documentation and filing of all accounting transactions
Perform trade financing
Prepare debtor aging report and cash flow report weekly
Calling for debt collection
