Finance Executive

. You will be mainly responsible for handling financial reports and ensuring accuracy in financial data.

We do not need you to be an expert in the industry because we are willing to train and guide you. But hey, these traits are still much appreciated: analytical thinking and strong organizational skills.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze monthly profit and loss (PNL) statements and quarterly financial reports. Check operational data and ensure accuracy by tallying with accounting PNL. Process invoices and monitor payment schedules to ensure timely settlements. Reconcile bank statements and accounting ledgers to maintain financial accuracy. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. Enter all required financial data into relevant databases and spreadsheets promptly. Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all tasks are completed within the set timelines.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/ Finance or equivalent. Proficient in written and spoken

English

, Mandarin will be an added advantage only. At least 1 year of working experience in accounting or finance field. Experienced in using Excel or Google Spreadsheet will be a plus. Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
