Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Accounting:

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts. Record, track, and report all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis. Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
3. Cash Flow & Banking:

Monitor cash flow and manage daily banking transactions. Assist in optimizing cash management and working capital. Handle payments, collections, and vendor settlements.
4. Compliance & Audit:

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and internal policies. Assist with internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation.
5. Financial Analysis & Support:

Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare reports and presentations for management on financial performance. Support other departments with financial insights for operational decisions.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel. Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
