JOB VACANCY

POSITION - FINANCE EXECUTIVE

LOCATION - KAPAR, KLANG

SALARY - RM 4000-6000

1. Support to Group Accountant

Assist in the preparation of Group Financial accounts, financial statements, and management reports. Review and validate financial data from related parties and business units to ensure accuracy and consistency. Provide financial analysis and insights for decision-making.
2. Internal Controls & Compliance

Monitor, test, and enhance the effectiveness of internal control systems across the Group. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS), and tax regulations. Identify process/control gaps and propose corrective action plans.
3. Automation & Process Improvements

Lead or support finance process improvement projects, including implementation of automation tools, ERP system enhancements, and digitalization initiatives. Review existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Champion continuous improvement culture within the finance team.
4. Internal Auditing & Risk Management

Conduct internal audits on selected processes, accounts, and business units. Prepare audit findings and reports with clear recommendations. Assist in risk identification, monitoring, and implementation of mitigation strategies.
5. General Finance Duties

Oversee reconciliations, journal postings, and month-end closing activities. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other stakeholders as required. Support special projects, ad-hoc analysis, and assignments directed by the Group Accountant.
