Handles inquiries from supplier, customer, and internal customer
Ensure accurate posting of accounting transactions
Prepare and manage payment and perform creditors' reconciliation
Issue invoice, manage and resolve customer inquiries and perform customers' reconciliation
Ensure all filing is done in a timely and an accurate manner
Responsible for timely preparation of month-end closing and reporting for review.
Support audit and statutory reposting requirement
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
