Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Finance Executive

to support daily financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with Malaysian regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be familiar with local statutory requirements (e.g., SST, LHDN), and possess experience in handling full sets of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Accounting:

Manage comprehensive accounting processes and prepare financial statements.

Factory Expenditures:

Review factory expenses, including costs and purchases of materials and equipment.

Payroll Management:

Calculate payroll and employee benefits, and perform basic analysis of payroll data.

Coordination with China Finance Team:

Maintain close communication with the finance team in China, promptly reporting any discrepancies or issues.

External Auditor Liaison:

Coordinate with external accountants, providing monthly financial data and reviewing tax returns and financial statements prepared by them.

Document Management:

Organize, bind, and safeguard financial documents, vouchers, and records.

Additional Tasks

: Assist in any ad-hoc tasks or finance-related projects as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience; familiarity with e-invoicing systems. Proficient in Malaysian accounting standards, local tax policies, and regulations related to fund and foreign exchange management. Detail-oriented, dedicated, hardworking, and possesses strong professional ethics. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel functions and formulas. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Preferred Qualities:

Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
