s: 1. To process payments, claims and reimbursement, to deal with business credit cards statements and settlement as well. 2. To take charge of monthly reconciliation. 3. Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of monthly management accounts. 4. Perform day-to-day operations and activities in finance and accounts departments. 5. Assisting in reviewing the accounting entries and to ensure accuracy and compliance with the statutory report. 6. Identify and analyze the billing methodologies. 7. Arrange the records of the billing process in a systematic way. 8. To assist in budget preparation, forecast and evaluation of actual expenses against the budget. 9. Identify opportunities for productivity improvements. 10. Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit and ensure compliance and alignment of accounting policies and procedures with the government regulations. 11. Handle ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time. Job Qualifications: 1. Candidates must possess ACCA/FCMA/CPA/CIMA professional qualification. 2. Minimum 3 years experience in accounting or audit companies. 3. Good accounting software/IFC knowledge and accounting system. 4. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese. 5. Able to work independently and as a team player. 6. Meticulous and responsible. 7. Committed with strong sense of responsibility and able to work within deadline. 8.
