Requirements

• Proficient in both written and spoken mandarin
• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance related working experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and tracking performance against these budgets.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all financial data.
• Ensuring that all financial practices comply with legal standards and company policies.

Benefits

• Location: KLCC Area , JB or Penang
• Working Hours: 9 hours (including 1 hour lunch break)
• Days Off: 4 days a month (one day per week)
• Annual Leave: 15 days after 6 months of probation, 30 days per year.
• If annual leave is unused, employees can convert into one month's salary as an annual leave allowance.
• Bonus & Allowance: 13th month salary at year-end, provide afternoon tea weekly, RM10 transportation allowance for each working day.
