Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Candidate with relevant accounting and Autocount experience will have added advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., MFRS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and responsibility.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Executive to join our finance team. The Finance Executive will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including accounting task, and assisting with month-end closing activities. This role requires a good understanding of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts before 8th of following month.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and intercompany transactions.
• Investigate month-end discrepancies on invoicing, collection, and payment processes.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support statutory audit, tax filing, and other regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial procedures.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (auditors, tax agents, etc.) as needed.
