Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and driven Finance Executive to support our finance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial data, timely reporting, and smooth coordination of finance-related processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Verify and reconcile sales data against receipts before posting into the system. Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and statements of accounts. Perform monthly inventory adjustments for ad-hoc transactions. Prepare monthly sales reports by revenue stream for management review. Assist in intercompany billings and reconciliations. Handle the preparation and submission of monthly Gross Turnover (GTO) certification for each outlet. Extract and compile monthly reports from the accounting system (Microsoft Dynamics Navision). Support the finance team with any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Key Requirement

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an advantage.

Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and adaptability to handle multiple priorities.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
