Job Description

We are seeking a

detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive

to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in hotel finance operations and familiarity with the

IDB system

for financial and room status reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and bank reconciliations. Ensure accuracy of data entries and updates in the

IDB system

(Vacant Clean, Occupied Dirty, etc.). Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and cash flow to ensure compliance with company procedures. Support month-end and year-end closing activities in a timely manner. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for management decisions. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies when required. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a

hotel or hospitality finance department

Familiar with IDB system

and hotel property management software is an advantage. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and time management. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
