Procurement Management: Oversee and manage the procurement process, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and compliance with company policies
Data Management: Collect, monitor, and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and relevance
Asset and Expenditure Oversight: Monitor and manage the company's assets and expenditures
Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing current and historical financial records for review by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Heads of Department (HOD), Project Managers (PM), and Group Finance
Financial Policy Implementation: Assist and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support internal and external audits
Support Departmental Operations: Assist various departments and teams with their daily operational activities
Person Specifications
Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience handling financial services
Keen attention to detail
Outstanding time-management and organization skills
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze information for preparation of reports and/or other documentation
Previous experience of using Power BI for reporting, D365, ABEX and other software for Finance activity
Excellent interpersonal skills include the ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
