Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software or similar ERP system.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across departments.
Tanggungjawab Daily Accounting Operations
Handle accounts receivable and payable, including issuing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Process and verify supplier invoices, staff claims, and petty cash reimbursements.
Record daily transactions and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking.
Manage collections and reconcile daily sales from booking systems, court rentals, and event bookings.
Financial Reporting & Documentation
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, management reports, and analysis for review.
Maintain organized filing of financial documents, payment records, and audit schedules.
Ensure all accounting entries comply with internal control policies and regulatory standards.
Support the Finance Manager in preparing budget reports, variance analysis, and forecast updates.
Event & Sports Arena Finance Support
Track event income and expenditure, including vendor payments, sponsorship receipts, and operational costs.
Support the operations team in budgeting for tournaments, exhibitions, and facility rentals.
Monitor collection reports from POS systems and online bookings.
Ensure transparency and accuracy in all financial transactions related to sports facilities and events.
Compliance & Coordination
Ensure compliance with LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, and SST reporting requirements.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks when required.
Assist in maintaining internal audit schedules and improving financial processes.
Provide administrative and financial support for project-based assignments.
Team Support & Ad-Hoc Duties
Work closely with the HR, Operations, and Admin teams for payroll and expense management.
Support the finance department in ad-hoc projects, reporting, and analysis as assigned by management.
Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
