This role encompasses overseeing administrative functions, accounting, and financial management to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the company and the SPVs. The role is based in our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office under TCA Real Estate Sdn. Bhd. The individual will contribute to the growth of our Malaysia and international business.
Accounting and Budgeting
Manage and review the monthly management accounts and financial reporting for the company and investment companies, including the variance analysis and reconciliation.
Prepare the monthly invoices, payments, business claims, cash management, bank reconciliation etc.
Liaise with service providers and external stakeholders such as accounting, tax, company secretary, HR, banks etc
Ensure finance ledgers are maintained on a timely basis, are accurate and complete, and in compliance with accounting policies and financial standards.
Assist in preparation of annual budget, cash flow projections, and others.
Assist in preparing compliance checklist for submission to regulatory.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements.
Audit and Tax
Assist in preparation of audited financial statements and tax-related returns (e.g. corporate tax, CP204, SST return, withholding tax).
Operational Improvements
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives for all financial reporting processes.
Assist in day-to-day admin tasks, including renewal of yearly insurance policies.
Adhoc
Responsible for ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time, such as bank account opening, preparation and maintenance of director resolutions, minutes, administrative duties, etc.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
