Finance Executive Account Management - Work Dynamics (APAC/Malaysia) What this job involves: This role will be part of the PAM team at the client site and will assist with tenant and client invoicing, vendor payments and accruals for the project. You Finance Executive Account Management - Work Dynamics (APAC/Malaysia) What this job involves: This role will be part of the PAM team at the client site and will assist with tenant and client invoicing, vendor payments and accruals for the project. You will also partake in process improvement reviews and any ad hoc projects as assigned. Effective Communicator You will assist in communicating clear timelines, ownership, objectives & guidelines. In ensuring the accounts, receipts and payment are well managed you will constantly engage with the client, vendors and our operations team to verify status of works and progress of contracts. Meticulous You will periodically come up with reports on the state of the projects accounts including performance indicators for the project. The need to be always on top of things is an important requirement, so as to ensure sound management and early detection of potential issues. You should be able to present complex concepts in simple terms. On a monthly basis, vendor invoices are to be verified and payments client approved. Payments are the processed by utilizing funds allocated by the client. All transactions shall be through the financial systems Sound like you To apply you need to be: Experience You will have 1-3 years of experience in finance roles, including general accounting and have a Degree / Diploma in Accounting or Finance or a relevant field. Proficiency in Excel is highly desirable. Capable You pay strong attention to detail and possess excellent problem solving skills. Under limited supervision, you are able to deliver results when working on autonomous projects. You will need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and ideally have working knowledge of Finance system applications e.g. Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Enterprise, PeopleSoft, Cognos or TM1.
