Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Involvement in day-to-day accounting operations for property accounts and maintenance accounts.
• To maintain the accounting records in compliance with accounting standards.
• Ensure timely statutory compliance.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closing and reporting and financial analysis.
• Prepare inter-company reconciliation, bank reconciliation, loan reconciliation and receivable reconciliation.
• Filing and keeping track of documents.
• Preparation of taxation computation and revision.
• Preparation audit and statutory financial statement on time including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, inventory listing, Notes to Accounts and reconciliation and etc.
• To liaise with auditors, tax agent, bankers, government and other professional bodies.
• Responsible to provide administrative & operation support activities to facilitate smooth operation of the company.
• Support the company treasury function on loan and bank account application, drawdown documents and liaison with bankers.
• Take charge all company secretary matters and liaison.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience. Experience in construction industry is an added advantage.
• Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and able to meet tight deadline.
• Knowledge in AutoCount System will be an added advantage.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia \xe2\x80\x93 both verbal & written. Very verse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, committed, good interpersonal skills and follow up skills.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
• Applicants must be willing to work at Menara MBMR (near Midvalley).
