Job Description

Execution of full set of account's computation and maintenance (P&L, BS and SCF) Produce processes, improve processes, maintain and govern the processes around Treasury Compliance, Documentation Compliance, and Finance Operation's processes. Involvement with operation's processes where there are elements of risk towards Finance scope such as Inventory Management, Claim's Management, Supplier's Claim Due Diligence, and any processes requiring attention by Finance. Fulfilling the timeliness and readiness of closing of accounts and reports for review on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Ensuring all statutory contributions are paid on a timely manner to avoid penalties. Ensuring all transactional data reported in the Management Accounts are accurate at all times. Monitor daily balances to ensure future obligations are being met without any disruption. Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure a smooth audit and compliance process. Liaise with banks on payments, deposits, and account matters. Ensure invoices are issued to clients promptly and conduct follow-ups to ensure receivables are fulfilled. Prepare payment runs and ensure approvals are properly tracked. Maintain AR/AP ageing reports and keep things organized for easy tracking. Contribute ideas to make accounting operations more efficient, accurate, and transparent. Take on any adhoc task provided by the reporting line manager as and when required.
