Job Description

• Updating and checking daily accounting transactions against postings made into the system.

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions including

credit term policy, aging monitoring, provision and etc.

• Reasonably plan and arrange the company\'s funds, regularly prepare a fund expenditure plan, and monitor the status of funds cashflows of the Company.

• Prepare cheque, payment voucher, and other clerical task assigned from time to time

• Prepare monthly submission for taxation.

• Proficient in import and export related banking business (issue letter of credit and letter of credit collection, etc.);

• Responsible for the collection and arrangement of the information required for trade/import financing.

• Responsible for monitoring and analysis of foreign exchange rates.

• Responsible for submission of monthly closing accounts on timely manner.

• Maintain an accounting system, internal controls, and working procedures for the company.

• Preparation of tax computations, filling of the tax returns and tax estimation for the Company.

• Ensure documents and monitor the remittance of payment to the tax authorities/Customs is made on timely manner, i.e. balance of tax payable, monthly tax instalment, withholding tax, service tax and etc.

• Assisting on transfer pricing documentation/ tax audit / investigation.

• Able to liaise with banks, company secretaries, tax agent, external auditor, government authorities, and professional advisors on Company related matters.

• Able to coordinate with other department to complete works or project instructed by superior.

• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when requested by superior.

Educations qualifications

Possess accounting qualification minimum at Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree, Post

Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Professional Qualification ACCA, either

final part or fully qualified

Work / year experience requirement

Min. 3 years\' working experience in manufacturing field

Language Knowledge : English & Bahasa Malaysia

PC Knowledge : Yes, SAP
