o Prepare monthly account closing required documents o Perform variance analysis and explain if there are any major changes noted. o Assist in preparation of management accounts.
General Accounting
o Preparation of general ledger posting entries and ensure timely closing of books. o Ensure accuracy in journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. o Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. o All balance sheet items are properly supported with listings. o In charge for all daily payment preparation process. o Ensure supplier statement is correctly being reconciles with books recording.
Requirements
o Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. o Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are highly desirable. o Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting. o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (Microsoft Dynamic GP). o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
