Job Description

:

Handle daily payment operations including employee reimbursements and petty cash payments. Perform monthly closing: timely organize and process company financial data, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to the headquarters. Internal control and compliance: Manage internal financial approvals and reimbursement processes to ensure compliance with company policies. Document review: Verify relevant data such as invoices and receipts to ensure completeness and accuracy of information. Policy implementation: Familiarize and implement financial policies to ensure all transactions comply with company regulations, especially travel and business-related expenses. Coordination with group finance: Assist in handling intercompany transactions, tax matters, and finance-related business modules to support group financial goals. Liaise with auditors/DRB: Responsible for preparing and providing financial data, and coordinating responses and follow-ups. Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

Solid financial foundation and work knowledge; proficient in financial software and familiar with group financial systems Familiar with the basic operations and regulations of industrial parks Excellent communication and analytical skills, strong teamwork, learning ability, and self motivation English and Mandarin are used as the working language.
