Finance Executive (mandarin Speaker)

Job Description
- Preferably at least 2 years working experience in procurement/purchasing and logistics
- Minimum LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Prepare and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ), Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) to company suppliers for company inventory
- Liaison with suppliers for all PO, quality and warranty claim issues
- Handling in inventory control and international shipping management
- Ensure compliance to company ISO policies on IP ownership and commercial confidentiality
- Annual leave upon confirmation
- Outpatient medical cover upon confirmation
