• At least 1 year of experience working in finance operations or as an accountant.
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or LCCI and ACCA Holder.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is compulsory.
• Familiarity with SQL Accounting, Autocount, or other accounting systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, as daily data processing is required.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and perform necessary overtime during peak seasons.
• Candidates with a short notice period (immediate or within 1 month) will be prioritized.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for entry role - training provided.

Tanggungjawab

• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company.
• Conduct basic financial analysis, including trend analysis and ratio calculations.
• Assist in implementing and enforcing finance and accounting procedures.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process, monitor variances, and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies and improve processes for efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance cash flow forecasting and management.
