Finance Executive (mandarin Speaker Penang)

Job Description
- Prepare monthly financial report and direct report to Finance Manager
- Update daily sales and cash book and tally with bank.
- Managing and monitoring cash flows, bank balances (credit and debit).
- Issues payment voucher or cash vouchers and preparing bank reconciliations.
- Able to handle full set of account (sale taxes,redemption and SST) and assist in any other accounting related works.
- Able to handle account payable and account receivable.
- Account for stock value control for commercial and internal use
- Handle customer invoicing and collections.
- Monitor customer and follow up on collections, take action on overdue accounts.
- Handle internal expenses and budget planning.
- Involve with accounting audit preparation and documentation with auditor.
- Assist management with finance analysis reportings.
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries .
- Staff Payroll
- Updated fixed asset and depreciation
; Requirements: -
- Candidates must possess at least Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in accounting field.
- Able to speak and write Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good computer literate, proficiency in SQL accounting software and MS Office.
- Analytical, meticulous, good interpersonal, communication skills and organization
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess own transportation.
