Job Responsibilities

Support the Finance department with administrative tasks related to payroll, claims, data entry, and verification, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist with customer invoicing and collections, as well as supplier registration and payment processing. Provide support to the Finance Manager in data reporting, tracking, and analysis. Assist in monthly and annual account closing activities, including reconciliations and preparation of required schedules. Coordinate with internal and external parties for the preparation of annual audited financial statements. Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems to ensure proper document management and compliance with record-keeping standards. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a Finance-related role. Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and finance/accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or e-Perolehan. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Salary Range:

Up to RM5,500.00

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
