Finance Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Executive (Income Audit) to join our dynamic team. The Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Revenue Verification - Audit daily reports from Front Office (Night Audit), Food & Beverage (POS), and other outlets againts source document (vouchers & eports).
Reconcilation - Balance cash summaries, City/Guest Ledgers, credit card transactions, and advance deposits.
Discrepency Investigations - investigate and resolve overages/shortages, rebates, discounts, and rate variances, taking action on irregularities.
Reporting - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.g., Daily Revenue Report, P&L summaries, variance reports) for management.
Internal Control - Ensure proper authorization and adherence to hotel financial policies, including reviewing paid-outs and complimentary rooms.
Credit Card Management - Monitor and resolve credit card disputes and chargebacks, reconciling commissions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
