The Job
To prepare for the payment allocation for the respective company (PSR, PMX, PDS, PFS, PHP)
Process and execute payment to vendors via bank facilities, BA, LC.
To update the receipt accordingly within the timely manners.
Responsibility
Perform bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
Communicate with operation and vendors to ensure smooth transaction for payment matters.
Prepare for the management account of HHB Inspection SB and submit for audit.
Requirements
Degree in Financial Mathematics
Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Words and other accounting software.
Meticulous and possess good interpersonal and good communication skills.
Able to work independently.
Knowledge of Navision software will be added advantage.
Minimum 1-2 years experience.
Fresh graduate encourage to apply

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
