Qualifications and Skills:

1.Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

2. Experience:

• Proven experience in accounting or financial management (2+ years preferred).

3. Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero or Bukku) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations.

4. Attributes:

• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Finance & Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions. This role involves preparing financial reports, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and preparing monthly closing reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
1. Financial Accounting and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Generate financial statements such as profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

2. Accounts Management:

• Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Reconcile accounts to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

3. Taxation and Compliance:

• Ensure accurate recording of tax returns, including GST, VAT, and income tax.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.

4. Internal Controls and Audit Support:

• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Provide support during audits by preparing documentation and addressing auditor queries.
