will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with management to support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities that contribute to the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
Manage petty cash, staff claims, and supplier payments.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and relevant regulations.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders when required.
Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Relevant working experience (experience in healthcare or service industry is an advantage).
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
