We are looking for a full-time on-site

Finance Executive

at Hetam Sdn. Bhd. in PJ Trade Centre, Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya. The Finance Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day finance operations, and ensuring compliance with statutory and reporting requirements.

Details:

Salary: From RM2,300+ (based on experience) Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records Prepare and process payments, invoices, and expense reports Assist in monthly closing, reconciliations, and financial statements Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties for compliance Ensure timely submission of statutory filings and documentation Oversee staff-related financial matters (claims, allowances, benefits, etc.) Provide administrative support for finance-related matters as required
