About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Finance Executive

to support our daily finance and accounting operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting entries and maintain general ledger records. Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports. Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments (Accounts Payable). Issue customer invoices, monitor collections, and update ageing reports (Accounts Receivable). Prepare bank reconciliation and other account reconciliations. Assist in SST submissions, audit preparation, and tax-related documentation. Maintain proper filing of financial documents and support audit queries. Perform ad-hoc finance tasks as required by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in accounting/finance roles. Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, SAP, Oracle). Good command of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, formulas, etc.). Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
