We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and meticulous Finance Executive who will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while also having an eye for the nuances.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and related activities in compliance with company policies & procedure
• Prepare payments to vendors and seller of vehicle
• Process staff expense reimbursement
• Assist in monthly accounts closing and reporting
• Handle intercompany cross charge and reconciliation.
• Support changes in systems and processes
• Any other ad-hoc assignment.

Qualifications

You'll Need to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
• At least 1 years of experience / Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of financial & accounting procedures and business processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure, detail-oriented and proactive to problem-solving
