Responsibilities
Update financial record such as filling for customers and others matters related to customers.
Assist in daily operation of accounts department such banking matters, key in data
in system, maintain records & assist on the customers' enquiries.
To process water & electricity billings and additional invoices as well as E-Invoicing Processing
To assist in processing monthly invoices, statement, official receipt and ensure that
invoices are sent out 7 days before due date on monthly basis.
Issuing letter/e-mails to tenant - reminder for payment etc.
Monitoring Debtors Aging and facilitating the review and action accordingly.
To assist ad-hoc task as requested by HOD/Management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Finance, Account preferably with at least 2 years of experiences. Fresh Graduates may also apply.
Self-starter, resourceful, energetic, strong interpersonal and people management skills.
High degree of maturity with good interpersonal skills & communication skills.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, both written and spoken.
Work location is in Pulau Indah, Selangor

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
