What Will You Do?

Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development

Who Must You Be?

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience in the hotel, resort, or F&B industry would be a plus.

Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are encouraged to apply.

A balance between a methodical and process-driven approach together with flexibility and creativity when it comes to meeting deadlines and finding solutions. Strong negotiation, communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal and influencing skills. You have eagle eyes when it comes to details. You want to be part of the team that works hard, supports each other and has laugh along the way
