Job Description

Job Scope:

Monitor daily and weekly cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and financing requirements. Manage daily treasury operations, including fund transfers, loan drawdowns, repayments, and interest payments. Manage banking facilities including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and other treasury instruments. Prepare and update short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, ensuring alignment with business operations. Optimize utilization of surplus funds through short-term investments, balancing liquidity and returns. Ensure timely compliance with loan covenants, treasury policies, and all regulatory or reporting requirements. Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions to support the company's financing needs. Communicate and liaise with external stakeholders such as company secretary, auditors, and lawyers on treasury and compliance matters. Review full set of management accounts for Thailand subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with group reporting standards. Provide analytical insights and variance reviews for Thailand entities to support group consolidation and management reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in treasury operations or corporate finance. Prior experience in reviewing or consolidating regional/subsidiary accounts will be an added advantage. Strong command of English, Malay, and Chinese (both spoken and written). Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills. Good interpersonal and communication abilities with strong sense of responsibility. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Working Days & Hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
