MAJOR IN ACCOUNTING Monitor Management Accounts \xef\x82\xb7 Profit or Loss A/C - To drill down each of high risk recording items such as Sales for HQ Centres and Franchise, Rental Expenses, EPF, SOCSO, EIS , Salaries, Depreciation, Profit on Term Loan, Directors Benefit - To ensure Profit or Loss a/c is not overstated by expenses and understated by revenue - To ensure amount from ASIS correctly transferred into Auto Count - To monitor Schedule of Fixed Assets and update it accordingly - To monitor rental schedule is correctly updated since rental has new Accounting Standard effective 1.1.2019 \xef\x82\xb7 Balance sheet A/C - To guide team to clean all the creditors account which not active - To guide team to clean all the inactive individual debtors - To ensure Fixed Assets Register tie with the PPE Accounts - To ensure all the above settled by 3rd of the month \xef\x82\xb7 Assisting Finance Manager in gathering data for Budget Preparation \xef\x82\xb7 Assisting Finance Manager in track the company\'s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement \xef\x82\xb7 Protect organization\xe2\x80\x99s value by keeping information confidential. \xef\x82\xb7 Implement operational best practices. \xef\x82\xb7 Accomplished accounting and organization mission by completing related result as needed \xef\x82\xb7 Perform any other job / function that may be assigned to you accordingly.
