Responsibilities
  • Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Create and update expense reports
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases (e.g SQL)
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
  • Review and file payroll documents
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits
  • Able to do full set of account & also manage acc receivable & payable
Requirements and skills
  • Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Familiarity with finance regulations
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (SQL PAYROLL & SQL SYSTEM )
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Expected Start Date: 04/01/2023
